Summary:Unsafe, Unpleasant, and Harmful to the Environment…faced with these challenges, homeowners and contractors are looking for effective ways to turn worn buildings into desirable buildings. In this study we tried to solve the problem of Rehabilitation and Reforms in vehicle parks (VP) lots and tower blocks (TB). It has found a new generation of rainproof substructures to be the most efficient cladding system for building envelope purposes today and a constructive solution that fits perfectly with current sustainable architecture trends; whose installation is simpler than it seems.
