Description
Summary:In order to increase the dimensional stability of knitted, keeping it hygienic properties, research opportunities to use a cotton yarn with a Lycra yarn instead of filament in the formulation of knitwear, developed knitted most common knitted stitches: plain (supreme), rib (ribana) and interlock using synthetic polyester yarns, cotton yarns and cotton yarns adding a lycra thread. It has been established that the use of cotton yarn with the addition of synthetic yarn fibers in the production of knitted fabrics with satin stitch, 1 + 1 and interlock weaves makes it possible to obtain a knitted fabric with high ratings that are not inferior to polyester yarn knitwear, as well as with improved hygienic indicators. Analysis of the physical and mechanical properties of knitwear showed that in samples of knitwear made from cotton yarn, with the addition of lycra, the share of total deformation increased compared to knitwear made from cotton yarn by 14.7-48.3%, and compared with knitwear made from polyester yarn by 1.2% -14.5%.
