Summary:Feathers are not commonly considered as foreign bodies causing soft tissue infections in children. Previous literature reports only eight published cases involving feather-related neck infection in infants. In our case, we first describe the association between feather-induced neck abscess and intrathoracic mass due to mediastinal migration of infection.
