Summary: | The technology of frame housing construction with the use of monolithic reinforced concrete structures is the most used for the construction of multi-storey buildings. As a result of thermal imaging surveys, characteristic violations of the protection of frame-monolithic buildings were established in the areas of the basement floor with a column and a grillage. The lowest temperature on the inner surface of fences is observed at the locations of columns and grillages, especially in the corner sections of buildings. For comparison with field data, thermal engineering calculations of three-dimensional models of fragments of a basement floor with columns and grillages were performed. аIt was found that heat losses depend on the location of the columns and their number, the size of the grillage, the presence of a protruding part of the ceiling. Volumetric “cold bridges”: grillage - columns - floors - concrete block masonry negatively affect the temperature distribution inside the structures of the basement floor and significantly increase heat losses. The boundary with zero temperature to the floor surface in the basement sections with columns is located close to the inner surface of the fencing. |
