Description
Summary:The ability to solve problems is one of the goals of teaching math at school. However, the purpose of education is not only to make students cognitively intelligent, but also to have good character values in their daily activities. The current state of the pandemic is affecting the learning process, and teachers struggle to conduct effective math lessons. This is certainly a teacher’s effort to continue to study mathematics to enable students to develop problem-solving skills while internalizing the value of the student’s character as they study during the pandemic will be needed. This paper contains an explanation of mathematical problem-based learning based on student character values and further discussion of various options for implementation during the Covid19 pandemic.
