Patients who have depressed scars experience both psychological and esthetic problems. However, multi-modality treatment was preferred because no single treatment is sufficient on its own. The authors hypothesize that injections of stromal vascular fraction (SVF) combined with platelet-rich plasma (PRP) as a new autologous treatment can improve depressed scars effectively. According to the inclusion criteria, 20 patients with depressed scars resulting from various causes were observed in the research. A single injection of harvestable PRS (combination of PRP and SVF) was administered to all patients as part of the treatment. The POSAS scale was used to evaluate scars both pre- and postoperatively at 6 months. A paired

The degree of improvement of the depressed scar was graded, and the efficacy was evaluated using the POSAS total score.
