Swirling Three-Dimensional Turbulent Wall Jet

A three-dimensional submerged swirling turbulent wall jet of a viscous incompressible fluid is considered. The jet is studied numerically using large eddy simulation. In particular, self-similarity of the jet and dependence of its characteristics on the swirl number are alalyzed.
