Keywords: Last mile delivery; Industry 4.0; B2C; PRISMA methodology. 1.Introducción Las cadenas de suministro del comercio electrónico son una parte esencial del funcionamiento de cualquier negocio digital, y se refiere al proceso de adquirir, almacenar y distribuir productos a través de una plataforma en línea, convirtiéndolo en uno de los medios más significativos para la venta minorista, lo cual les permite a los vendedores tener un alcance global evitando intermediarios (Li et al.,2020).
