Summary: | A node equipped with the Intel Cascade Lake processors, which are the part of NKS-1P supercomputer of the Siberian Supercomputer Center, is investigated. An original hydrodynamic code is used to simulate the thermonuclear supernovae. The modification of numerical method for obtaining invariant numerical solutions is proposed. The weak and strong scalability, as well as, the energy efficiency in using various configurations of cores are studied. A new concept of the energy efficiency was considered together with the code efficiency in terms of the energy consumption is proposed. The results of the supercomputer simulation of the noncentral Ia supernova explosion are presented. |
