Summary:A 23-year-old man presented with a lesion on his chest since birth and no family history of a similar lesion. The lesion was circular, well-circumscribed, spongy nevus with tufts of course lustreless hair scattered around it. The lesion was diagnosed as a melanocytic nevus. The patient declined surgical resection in spite of explaining the risk of developing subsequent melanoma.
