Description
Summary:We are developing SAKAS (SAga light source data KArte System), which is an image data carte system for synchrotron radiation imaging, such as micro- and phase-contrast X-ray imaging and computed tomography (CT). It handles not only the name and condition of a sample but also all measurement conditions, such as the X-ray imager and beamline used, and image processing, such as the reconstruction and noise reduction filter with a single record file. We have completed the specifications, such as metadata, of the first version, produced the corresponding control and processing software, and installed this version in the micro CT system at the beamline 07 (BL07) at SAGA Light Source and the X-ray crystal-interferometer-based phase-contrast imaging system at the beamline 14C (BL-14C) of the Photon Factory.
