Effect of nano capsules of the Conjugated Alpha-Linolenic Acid on hematological and biochemical parameters of male rats

The Effect of the Nano Capsules of Conjugated Alpha-Linolenic Acid (CALANPs) and Uncoated Alpha-Linolenic Acid (CALA) on Male Wister Albino Rats, were Studied, Thirty Six Animals were Taken From Adult male Wister Albino Rats, Healthy and Hypercholesterolemia, and were Distributed into Six groups, The Negative Control group(M1), The Positive Control Group(M2) and The other Groups M3, M4, M5, M6 were orally Dosed with Nano Capsules of Conjugated Alpha-Linolenic Acid and Uncoated Alpha-Linolenic Acid at Concentrations (100 and 200 mg/kg), The Animals Feed on the Standard Ration (M1) 0.30 g/day, The Final Weight Gain was 8.61 g, The Animals feed With Treatment (M2) on The Ration Rich in Cholesterol by (2%) for 14 days, The Daily Weight Gain of The Group Members was 0.60 g/day, And The Final Weight Gain was 17. 06 g, After 28 days, While dosing the Treated animals M3, M4, M5, M6 Reduced The Rate of Daily Change in Body Weight by (-0.24, -0.19, -0.26, -0.23) g/day, Respectively, And the Final Weight Loss Were (-6.92, -5.54, -7.50, -6.67) g, Respectively, a Significant Decrease was Recorded for the Treatments M3, M4, M5, and M6 in the Relative Weights of the Heart, Liver, Spleen and Kidneys Compared to the Positive Control Sample (M2). It was Also Observed that a Significant Increase in the Blood Picture Parameters (RBCs), (Hb) In Groups M3, M4, M5, and M6 Compared to Group M2, Where it was 3.11 and 9.05 mg/dl, Respectively, and a Significant Decrease in the Numbers of WBCs, MCHC, MCH, PVC in Groups M3, M4, M5, and M6 Compared to Group M2, Which were 58.90%, 29.09, 15.36, 15.86, Respectively, As Well as a Significant Decrease in the Values of LDL, VLDL, TG, and TC in Groups M3, M4, M5, and M6 Compared to the M2 Group, Which were 153.43, 35.03, 175.28, 213.87 mg / dl on the Body Respectively, And there was a Significant Increase in HDL for Groups M3, M4, M5, and M6 Compared to Group M2, and Amounted to 25.39 mg / dL, The Effect of CALANPs and CALA on the Activity of Liver Enzymes (ALT, ALP, AST) Showed a Significant Decrease in Groups M3, M4, M5, and M6 Compared to Group M2, Which had a Significant Increase and Reached 80.07, 95.31, 41.36 IU/L, Respectively.
