Summary:When the ancestor of the BJMC - the series of scientific articles of the University of Latvia "Acta Universitatis Latviensis: Computer Science and Information Technologies" the editor-in-chief found that there was no more practical way to collect articles for any issue a year, the classic question "What to do?" arose.
