Summary:Based on the needs of users to produce automotive skylight frames, combined with the field environment, the overall scheme of the automatic production line was put forward in this paper. Based on the demand to produce the skylight frame, the existing production line of the skylight frame was improved, and the injection molding process of the skylight frame was completed by industrial robots instead of human beings. Then, the overall layout design of the automatic production line was carried out according to the process flow. According to the control function and requirements of the production line, the control scheme of signal transmission through industrial Ethernet and hardwiring technology is determined with PLC as the main control equipment. Then simulation and debugging were carried out on the automatic system of injection molding of the skylight frame.
