Summary: | For preventing segregation of a mixture (its separation in the process of preparation and discharge) it is proposed to implement the mixing process in a dispersed state, while organizing separate, independent dispersion of each component, followed by superposing of flows and impact interaction of the formed flows with an elastic baffle plate. It is advisable to accomplish this in mixers with a conveyor belt that connects all points of the unit into a single system. |
