Composition and Magnetic Properties of Composites Based on Ultrafine NiFe2O4 Particles Produced under Conditions of Low-Temperature Underwater Plasma

Results are presented from studying nanosized particles of NiFe 2 O 4 and ɛ-Fe 2 O 3 , synthesized in low temperature underwater plasma. It is shown that nanocomposites with a fixed ratio of nickel ferrite (which ensures low values of the ferromagnetic resonance linewidth) and ɛ-Fe 2 O 3 (which exhi...

Description
Summary:Results are presented from studying nanosized particles of NiFe 2 O 4 and ɛ-Fe 2 O 3 , synthesized in low temperature underwater plasma. It is shown that nanocomposites with a fixed ratio of nickel ferrite (which ensures low values of the ferromagnetic resonance linewidth) and ɛ-Fe 2 O 3 (which exhibits high-frequency resonance in the millimeter range of electromagnetic radiation) can be synthesized.
