Summary: | The formation of teams is one of the main tasks of the effective organization of the construction of facilities. The purpose of this work is to develop a methodology for determining the duration of the work of construction teams with a complex breakdown of objects into private fronts of work and incomplete design data for the object. The study used methods of logical analysis and normalization of the matrix representation of the breakdown of the object into partial fronts in the flow organization of work. It is shown that during the construction of large objects there is a complex breakdown of objects into separate work fronts. It is proposed to bring a complex breakdown of objects to a normalized matrix form. A technique has been developed for determining the duration of construction and installation work by teams with a complex combination of schemes for breaking down objects into private fronts by type of work and incomplete design data for the object. Based on the study, it can be concluded that the use of the proposed algorithms for determining the duration of work at the facility for the formation of teams leads to the creation of a flow organization of work with the same intensity of performing different types of work. With such an organization, downtime of teams and fronts of work is minimized, labor productivity increases and technical and economic indicators of construction organization improve. |
