Description
Summary:Taking into account the further development in house construction, the construction of large-panel buildings according to standard designs of the new industrial generation, the article considers the necessary conditions for providing the construction of such buildings with prefabricated structural units. It proposes various types of production stock of material resources for large-panel house construction, which is based on the availability of the necessary volume of structures and products at the construction site to perform the planned work as scheduled, taking into account the occurrence of risk cases. It presents the quantitative composition and technical characteristics of the main prefabricated units of a fragment of a largepanel building of the new industrial generation. The article shows the types of material resources, consisting of working and reserve stocks, necessary to ensure the fulfillment of a technologically established amount of work. It gives a formula for determining the production stock, on the basis of which a dependence is derived that takes into account the necessary volumes of the reserve stock. It presents the procedure for calculating the rational size of the reserve stock, in the laying in of which, in addition to the nomenclature of the necessary structural units required for the construction of a large-panel building, the time spent on all transport and flow processes and the characteristics of vehicles delivering these structural units are also taken into account. As a result, it becomes possible to determine the values of the reserve stock of the selected main structures during the construction of a large-panel building of the new industrial generation, depending on the daily need and the likelihood of a shortage. The established rhythm of construction is also ensured based on the likelihood of a shortage of structures at the construction site and, as a result, a reduction in downtime in production processes with a decrease in the cost of erecting the facility.
