description Comfort from random vibrations is the criteria for a driver of a vehicle. Amplitude of vibrations is to be reduced in order to achieve the comfort zone either to the driver or the passengers. Vibration isolation, materials, design of the vehicles based on the properties of the elastic, inertia, damping elements. In this article, designed the vibration isolator (VI) and used the various materials of Carbon spring (M1), Music Wire (M2), Chrome-Vanadium (M3) and Chrome-Silicon (M4) are considered for elastic element and observed the stresses and deformations at the loads of 10 N to 30 N in steps of 10 N. The maximum deformation is observed in M2 as 4.8948 mm and minimum in M4 at 4.6545 mm and remains constant for M3 and M1 as 4.8588 mm at 10 N.
