Summary:The present empirical paper deals with the concept of Financial Literacy, and the purpose is to validate a questionnaire to measure the mediation effect of financial knowledge and attitude on the effect of financial skills on financial behavior. In the present study financial literacy is measured and analyzed in terms of four elements such as financial skills, knowledge, behavior, and attitude on a 5 points scale with 33-item questionnaire. The data is collected from the primary survey conducted in KL University to measure the financial literacy in among working women. The primary survey is conducted on 217 respondents and has taken the same size as 142 by using Proportionate Quota Sampling Technique. Data analysis in this study uses Andrew Hayes mediation analysis model 4 and 6. The results show that there is no mediation effect of financial knowledge and attitude on the effect of financial skills on financial behavior but having partial mediation separately.
