This paper aims to explore employees’ perception towards e-learning in workplace. Employee perception based on their age factor and experience. Employee opinion (or) impression is very important that will determine the effectiveness and the problems that they are going through e-learning. Whether to confirm that age, experience are the main factors that vary their opinions based on satisfaction, quality of learning, quality of teaching. The data is collected data from employees who are working in different companies. To know whether there is any relation between age and experience that is playing a major role towards employee satisfaction in e-learning.
