Summary:Background: Gastrointestinal duplication cysts are rare congenital anomalies that are most often localized in the ileum. The condition is usually diagnosed within the first year of life. Case Report: Here, we report an infantile case presented with severe anemia and melena accompanied by a gastric duplication cyst. Conclusion: Duplication cysts should be kept in mind in the differential diagnosis of melena.
