13,14-Dehydro-16-phenoxy-PGB1 Ethyl Esters: Synthesis and Some Properties

1,2-Addition reaction of ethyl (5-oxocyclopent-1-enyl)heptenoate with 3-trimethylsiloxy-4-phenoxy-1-butyne lithium derivative followed by oxidative allyl rearrangement afforded cytotoxic ethyl ester of 13,14-dehydro-16-phenoxy derivative PGB 1 .
