Summary: | A simplified method is proposed for determining structural parameters of composite ceramics using porcelain as an example according to the average coordination number of random packing and optical microscopy data. This eliminates ambiguity in representation of structural parameters. The calculated average distance between quartz particles in porcelain is in good agreement with an experiment. |
