Summary:The paper presents a way to coordinate and manage the transportation process based on the consolidated and coordinated cooperation of the subjects of transport and production processes in the freight transportation market segment. This method involves formation of target regulations for interaction between participants in a single process and development (improvement) of existing technological processes, as components of a single process of cargo transportation, to build further mutually beneficial cooperation between subjects of transportation in the legal field.
