Summary: | Tea glaze design is a complex and artistic work, and traditional design methods often rely on the subjective experience and feelings of designers. With the development of optical technology, sensor and image processing technology can provide more accurate and objective data analysis methods, thereby improving the quality and efficiency of tea glaze design. This paper aims to explore the application of sensor-based image optical processing in tea glaze design vision system, and build a tea glaze design vision system by using appropriate optical sensors and image processing algorithms. The system can obtain real-time image data of tea ware surface and transform it into analyzable features by optical processing method. Then these features are compared and analyzed with the preset design requirements, so as to evaluate whether the tea glaze design meets the requirements. The results show that the system can provide accurate image data and feature analysis results, which can improve the quality and efficiency of tea ware glaze design, reduce the influence of subjective factors, and provide more accurate and objective design reference for designers. |
