Summary:Fe1.4Co0.3Ti0.3O3 oxide has been prepared using mechanical alloying method. The stabilization of rhombohedral phase of space group (R-3c) was confirmed using X-ray diffraction pattern. The temperature dependent DC conductivity measurement at bias voltage 10V has shown Semi-conductive nature of this sample. The electrical conduction mechanism of the sample has been tested at three different measurement temperatures to check their electrical properties, conduction mechanisms and relevant parameters.
