Description
Summary:The magnetic properties of the Fe 1 – x Zn x Cr 2 S 4 alloy were studied using the method of random fields of exchange interaction. The critical concentrations, at which a transition from a ferrimagnetic state to a spin-glass state ( ) with a subsequent transition to an antiferromagnetic state ( ), are observed. A magnetic phase diagram, which compares the calculation results with the experiment, was constructed.
