Summary:Abstract Reference clinical practice guidelines coincide in pointing out Cognitive-. The aim of this study was to conduct a systematic review of randomized clinical trials in order to explore the efficacy of CBT group in ADHD applied as a direct intervention in children and adolescents. The search identified four clinical trials that evaluated the efficacy of group Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to reduce the symptoms associated with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder in children and adolescents. Only one study showed significant reductions in core symptoms of the disorder compared to the control group.
