Description
Summary:The tests are used worldwide in the inflammatory bowel disease Crohn's disease, but the knowledge is difficult to compare because of the need for translation into different languages. Because the language is a living mechanism and undergoes change over time, the interpretation of questions may have changed since their writing. There thus seems to be a need for development of a set of questions on quality of life with strong impact to the disease under investigation. Preferably, the questionnaires should be composed of items with high sensitivity and address for the questioned disease and removal of non-responsive items. Because customer satisfaction (here patient satisfaction) and experience with new procedures or medication is important and critical for introduction of new treatments, it would be favourable if these answers to the life test questions would be internationally directly comparable.
