Summary:The state and prospects of the scientific research into the biomechanics and problems of correction and treatment of the musculoskeletal system are described based on the reports presented at the International Scientific Conference on Physics and Radio Electronics in Medicine and Ecology (PhREME’2020). The important role of biomechanical studies is noted. The results of biomechanical studies can be considered as an objective criterion for assessing the morphological and functional characteristics of the bone system, as well as its adaptive and compensatory potential, in improving diagnostic methods and solving urgent problems of bioimplantology and bioprosthetics.
