Summary:This paper concerns with a shunting inhibitory cellular neural network with leakage delays and continuously distributed delays of neutral type. By using Lyapunov functional method and differential inequality techniques, we employ a novel argument to establish a criterion on the global exponential convergence of the network. Our results complement some recent ones.
