Summary:We describe a conservative treatment for atypical polypoid adenomyoma (APA) of the uterus and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) 3 followed by a spontaneous pregnancy and full-term delivery in a 27-year-old woman. The patient presented with CIN 3 and underwent repeated Shimodaira–Taniguchi conization and treatment for APA.
