Summary: | This paper introduces a new filter designing method using phasor diagram of the filter's input and out phase voltage. The coupling of inverter and motor and the control strategy of the motor (I d =0) can be considered when designing the filter. The filter's impedance characteristics and the influence of the motor's parameters can also be considered. Besides, an analytical model of the filter's input/output characteristic is established to calculate its performance parameters. Based on the model, multi-objective particle swarm optimization is utilized to find the optimal parameters and the size and weight of the filter can be controlled within an acceptable range. Also, quantitative calculation of the harmonic suppression ratio is realized. In this paper, a 50kW permanent magnetic synchronous motor (PMSM) is used to test the filter's effectiveness. The experimental results show that the designed filter is rather effective in suppressing high-frequency noise and the accuracy of the proposed filter design method is verified . |
