Summary:This analysis examines varied factors that affect tourism. This subject is chosen for analysing totally different services offered to tourists. It can even establish real time issues faced by domestic and international tourists. It should facilitate to explore the potential revenue. Perception oftourists were recorded through a questionnaire in which apartfrom recording demographic data regarding Age, Gender and their financial gain which is helpful to analysis. Tourist's satisfaction level is major factor that helps to find factors affects tourism and this level is measured using 5 pointer and 2 pointer Likert scale. Total 20 factors were selectedfor factor analysis where main objective for this analysis is to find out which factor affects to tourism mostly. Where it can be improved to increase the rate of visiting rate of tourists. Service provided by local people their income, income of tourists, offers offered by various tourism companies and reason or occasion of visit to spot like some types of data were collected during survey in which major reason behind visit can be religion too. Enhancement of tourists' experience quality and satisfaction level are key issues for designating the heritage sustainability' strategies. These findings will be useful to planners for enhancing the competitiveness. Using SPSS, factor analysis was implementedfor dimension reduction and identification of factors which affects tourism. These findings will be useful to the planners for enhancing the competitiveness ofsite. It may suggest an economically sustainable modelfor tourism development.
