Summary: | This study aimed to determine the effect of phytase in ration containing eggshell powder on the performances of native chickens. This study was designed using one-way ANOVA of the CRD method, consisting of 3 treatments, each consisting of 4 replications of 3 native chickens. R0: basal ration; R1: basal ration+phytase from L. Plantarum A1-E; and R2: basal ration + commercial phytase. The variables observed were feed consumption, gain, feed conversion ratio (FCR), and blood cholesterol content.
