Summary: | The research deals with the concept of immersion, which arose as a result of the urgent need for buildings that blur boundaries and integrate with the environment and the user in contemporary architecture, where the latest technologies were employed to make the building a logical and harmonious interactive with the surrounding environment and the user who occupies it. The current research deals with the physical level of immersion, which is marine environment, The research deals with the characteristics of sustainable immersion buildings and their effects on the recipient or user level. Therefore, the research problem is to "unclear the impact of immersion levels on the user in the context of aquatic environments, while the research objective focuses on "statement of the impact of achieving the characteristics of sustainable immersion structures on the user in aquatic environments", then the research draws on a number of vocabulary and indicators to measure the level of immersion and its physical and psychological benefits The research concludes that there is a possibility of producing interactive buildings with sustainable immersion that have a dynamic system that develops permanently and full flexibility to environmental changes, resulting in new architectural formations that connect the structure, environment, internal environment, and user and improve the user cognitive experience within the immersion space depicted above. The lines between them and the water are thereby blurred by the amounts of interaction between them. |
