Summary: | The research shows the biological value of soybean oil, fatty acid, and phospholipid composition of soybean oil. The bleaching of soybean oil with previously obtained carbon adsorbents was carried out by modifying the coals with alkalis. It has been established that the carbon adsorbent obtained from the walnut shell (MAU-SGO) purifies soybean oil much better, which is justified by a decrease in acid and peroxide numbers. The dependence of the amount of adsorbent on temperature and the amount of adsorbent introduced was determined, and it was found that it is sufficient to use 1% of the total mass for bleaching. |
