Description
Summary:Different industries such as Automobile, Infrastructure and Sports industry require material which weigh less and good stiffness due to which the usage of Composite material like Fiber-Reinforced Polymer (FRP) has been increased. Natural fillers and fibres are being researched as potential alternatives to synthetic fibres and fillers because of these dangers. The main benefits of this natural fillers are it has low energy consumption and nonabrasive in nature. Crystalline cellulose, micro fibril-reinforced amorphous lignin, or hemicellulose matrix make up natural fibres. The plant fibres generally contain certain amount of Cellulose, hemicellulose, lignin and few other elements also. Additionally, to serving as reinforcement, fillers are crucial in enhancing the composite’s characteristics. Due to their application in the polymer matrix, fillers have thus garnered a lot of interest from researchers in both business and academia today. To increase the rigidity of the composite, filler materials were generally employed. Fillers are utilised to lower the cost of composite materials while enhancing the hardness, damping characteristics, and thermal stability of the materials. Numerous researchers have investigated the impact of filler materials on the characteristics of polymer composites. Eco-friendly natural fillers have been used sparingly by researchers as reinforcement in polymer composites. On utilising Kevlar with caco3 in polymer, no research has been mentioned. These fillers were chosen for the research because they have a high amount of carbon, which is important for providing the strength of the composite.
