Summary: | Pillar[5]arene acts like an intelligent robot to efficiently regulate drug loading and release. Nanogold is widely used and shows advantages in oncology treatment; however, it cannot encapsulate drugs directly and effectively like other nanovesicles or nanocages. The modified pillar[5]arenecan endowed nanogold with excellent drug‐loading ability through a simple host–guest interaction, and successfully achieved the combination of DOX and GOX for cancer therapy.
