Summary:The main objective of this study is to investigate the correlation between motivation and English language proficiency among secondary level students at a state educational institution. [...]the selection of a fundamental research approach, in conjunction with a non-experimental design, was determined based on the study findings. The study sample comprised the entire student population, encompassing students from all grades of a secondary school inside an educational institution, totaling 53 participants. The primary focus of this study centers around the noteworthy discovery of a p-value of 0.000016, signifying a significant and positive relationship (Rho=0.555) between the two variables.
