Summary:In the Modern education takes the student to a different arena for developing their technical skills. The person disable to hear and speak are lagging in this modern education due to the lagging of aiding devices. Many aided devices were developed to help the people who are dumb and deaf to balance their normal life. When viewing from the education sector these people could not balance as like the normal people development. The computer based education may support Deaf and Dump people to learn education through visual video. This article shows the android development application could aid the deaf and dumb people in developing education. The mobile application is developed to upload the topic which wants to learn; the topic will search in the internet and download the materials. Then the downloaded materials convert into signs so that it can be easily understood by those people.
