Summary: | The period of operation of the overwhelming number of domestic oil refineries is more than 50 years, while the degree of depreciation of the fixed assets of these facilities is 80%. The tightening of requirements on the part of consumers to deepen the processing of raw materials and the quality of products, respectively, leads to an increase in requirements for the operating conditions of process pipelines and the need to improve the technology for restoring their serviceability and operability. Therefore, there is a problem of increasing the efficiency of repair processes using welding, taking into account the characteristics of the properties, transported products and their effect on the welding process. The article presents the results of experimental studies of technological processes of welding of process pipelines operated in the environment of hydrogen sulfide. According to the obtained results, welding technology for repairing process pipelines is justified and proposed. Conclusions on efficiency of proposed method of pipeline serviceability and serviceability restoration are made. |
