Summary:Remitting seronegative symmetrical synovitis with pitting edema (RS3PE) is a rare clinical entity characterized by symmetrical tenosynovitis of both hands and ankles with pitting edema, negative rheumatoid factor (RF), absence of radiographic erosions, and excellent response to low-dose steroids. It is classically associated with elderly patients but may occur in younger patients, with only one case reported in the pediatric age. We report a case of RS3PE diagnosed in a pediatric patient.
