Summary: | Usually, spot welding is set with hazards of multiple categories. Wlding atmosphere along with the worker is subjected to electric shocks, toxic fumes and gases, flying sparks, Fire and explosion, injury due to falling equipment, etc. These hazards can be overcome by automating spot welding as a mobile controlled Robot. Cartesian type coordinate system is used for Design of Robot which performs welding operation based on the coordinates reflected by the mobile app. |
