Description
Summary:The rapid integration of diverse technologies in recent years has given rise to the fourth industrial revolution, commonly known as Industry 4.0. Given the pivotal role of industries' supply chains in national economies, the concept of Industry 4.0 in supply chain management has garnered significant attention from researchers. The increasing number of studies underscores the necessity of comprehensive research to delineate and classify the emergence and evolution of Industry 4.0 in the supply chain domain. This study aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the structure, evolution, and dynamics of Industry 4.0 in supply chain studies through the analysis of academic social networks. In this regard, bibliometric criteria have been selected. We conducted a bibliometric analysis using co-occurrence, co-citation, co-authorship, and bibliographic coupling networks, analyzing 592 documents published between 2014 and 2022 sourced from the Web of Science database. Through this analysis, we identified the most significant topics in this field and highlighted the most influential countries, journals, documents, and authors contributing to the advancements in this domain.
