Summary:Learning in Vocational High Schools is disposed to develop student competencies to master and carry out established jobs. Hair Cutting and Coloring are one of the most crucial subjects that students need to master in the Hair and Skin Cosmetology department, but due to the limited teaching staff, the teachers who teach the subjects have no cosmetology background which has caused multiple problems during the learning process. Students need effective learning media to help them learn better. This research aims to develop and produce a learning video on commercial hair coloring materials based on e-learning for students of SMK Negeri 7 Kota Tangerang Hair and Skin Beauty program on the ReactJS website. This study adopted a research and development design with the ADDIE method. Thefindings of this study indicate that the development of e-learning-based hair coloring learning videos can assist students in learning commercial hair coloring materials through an easy-access learning media which can form students’ enthusiasm to learn and understand the materials better with (1) Overall validation results from media experts with a score of 80,75%, (2) Overall validation results from linguist experts with a score of 82,5%, (3) Overall validation results from material experts with a score of 81,5% concludes the overall average score obtained is 81,58%. Meaning the product exceeds the minimum score determined and the product is highly feasible to use.
