Summary: | This transdisciplinary research aspires to create an intelligent human civilisation and sustainable communities. This study model disrupts established marketing elements affecting agri-food production, agri-business, and supply chain. This study promotes small-town and rural life and livelihood through transparent governance. The policy-relevant research model limits people, business, and resource links. Working with governments and stakeholders, experts, higher education institutions and universities, companies, NGOs, Farmers, and rural people is part of the research design. With the goal of providing jobs to millions, a secure existence and livelihood in rural areas, and accommodating rural masses in their location, a new knowledge of rural masses as sustainable development groups has arisen as a precursor to preserve the notion of future of work and jobs for young people. State governments could assist these SDGs with poverty and unemployment programmes. This approach merges rural populations and resources, partners with farmers, turns agricultural goods into other products, and directly distributes products and services. This policy-relevant model uses Artificial Neural Network and prescribes a strong policy framework for alleviating poverty through sustainable governance and rural networking to create intelligent human societies and sustainable communities in small towns and rural areas in low and middle income countries. |
