Summary:Improvements in digital technology have increased the online presence of users. On the other hand, modern businesses, institutions, and government bodies are incorporation digital technology into their systems. Hence, digital security became a reliable issue. The study has focused on the factors of digital technology that help to reduce the vulnerability of private data. Such important data are soft targets for threats like ransomware. Hence the study has further discussed the implication of AI. In order to include the results secondary data was collected and a thematic analysis was conducted. Therefore, these results are presented as an s appropriate source of knowledge which is reliable.
