Summary: | The article presents the results of microbiological screening of aquaculture enterprises in the period 2019-2023, in some regions of the country where this branch of agriculture is developing most actively. The species diversity of the microflora has been determined. The detection rate of myxobacteria was 39%, Pseudomonas chlororaphis – 22%, Yersinia ruckeri – 14%, Aeromonas sp. – 10%, Listonella anguillarum – 10%; Renibacterium salmoninarum – 5%. The researchers determined the sensitivity to the antibacterial drugs currently used in practical work. The data obtained indicate the circulation of a wide range of microorganisms in fish farms, some of which pose a danger in the development of epizootics, others are conditionally pathogenic or causative agents of secondary diseases. |
